Can you believe it? I’d almost lost hope, but yes it is true, the sun is out and spring IS HERE! I feel it immediately makes such a difference on the general mood surrounding us – there is a little skip in people’s step, a smile on their faces, and over all the ‘soul of the city’ turns brighter and more relaxed.

I’ve just returned from Norway after a weekend of festivities celebrating my youngest’s Confirmation (in Norway a traditional coming of age celebration), and I’ve returned with empty pockets but a full heart. Admittedly not much knitting was done, but I’m planning to make amends tonight. Needles at hand, I think I might swap my red for a white – I can’t wait to catch up. See ya’ll later!
